Contact usWhich fuels can this model use?
Gasoline / Propane / Natural gas. Use only the fuels specified in the owner’s manual.
What is the difference between peak and running watts?
Peak watts cover brief starting surges. Running watts are the continuous rating; match appliance loads to the rating for your selected fuel.
How do I connect it to home circuits?
Use compatible transfer equipment installed by a qualified electrician. Never connect a generator directly to a wall outlet.
Where should I operate it?
Outdoors, at least 20 feet from doors, windows and vents, with exhaust directed away from buildings. A CO sensor does not make indoor operation safe.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is free to residential addresses. Orders ship from our Dallas, TX warehouse, and larger items arrive by freight with a liftgate drop at your curb or driveway. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your order.
